Balls of yumminess

From The Family Nutrition Book by Sears

So all you do, is you take 1/2 cup of each of these things:

crunchy peanut butter
honey
carob powder
raw sunflower seeds
sesame seeds
rolled oats

And 1/4 cup ground flaxseed if you want (I did).

And then mix it all up and shape them into little balls. It makes about 30 little balls.

And then you have some yummy little balls to eat.

Yum. Yum yum.
