Homemade Frozen Hashbrowns

Makes 1 batch.

*Boil 9 Russet potatoes, halved, 10 minutes or so.
*Chop them (slice) in food processor.
*Toss with oil and salt on two baking pans.
*Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
*Freeze flat, then scrape into bag.
