Wheat Tortillas

Makes 16.

*Mix 4 c. ww flour with 2 t. baking powder, 1 t. salt, 4 T. olive oil and any spices wanted (eg. basil).
*Gradually add a little less than 1.5 c. water until dough forms a ball.  Knead and let rise for 15 minutes.
*Separate into 16 pieces, roll out, and heat on skillet (medium to medium-high heat) for 30 seconds or so, until they puff up.

When we get this figured out, try spinach or tomato tortillas.
