Sunday Brunch Casserole (Egg Bake)

From Taste of Home's big cookbook

1/2 lb. crispy bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs
1 c. milk
16 oz. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. dillweed

Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease or a little oil.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk.  Stir in hashbrownsm, cheese, salt, pepper, dillweed, onion mixture, and crumbled bacon.

Transfer to greased 9x13 inch baking dish.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until knife comes clean.
