Chocolate Frosting

From the Dairy Free cookbook

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/8 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
1/3 c. butter or sub, softened

Combine above, beating well.  Slowly add ~5 T. milk or sub to desired consistency.  Makes enough to frost 9 inch layer cake.
