quinoa smoothie, or similar

.75 cup quinoa + water. overcook it. add in a tbsp of honey and stir in.
1.5 cup milk-like beverage, heated.
Place the above in a blender.
add 1/2 tbsp cocoa & carob powder
dash vanilla
dash salt
dash allspice.

blend, blend BLEND

drink hot
