Granola

Combine 2 c. rolled oats, 1 c. oat bran, cinnamon, <1 tsp. salt, a little wheat germ, and 1/4 c. sesame seeds.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 c. oil and 1/4 c. brown sugar, plus 1/4 c. honey and a little bit of water.

Combine.  You will need to get your hands dirty.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.  In the last 10 minutes add nuts and/or rasins or other dried fruits to a combined total of 2 cups.

Makes a big batch, keep in the fridge and it will stay fresh for quite a while.
