Brie Non-Cheese

From the Uncheese Cookbook

1.5 c. water
3 T. agar flakes

Bring to a boil.  Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.  Place in blender with the following and process until smooth:

1/2 c. raw cashews
1/2 c. firm silken tofu, crumbled
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. tahini
1.5 t. onion granules
1 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. ground dill

Pour into round shallow mold, lightly oiled and dusted with 1-2 T. wheat germ.  Cover and chill.
