Gee Whiz Spread

From the Uncheese Cookbook

15.5 oz. Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. piminto, drained
6 T. nutritional yeast
3 T. lemon juice
2-3 T. tahini
1/2 t. onion granules
1/2 t. prepared yellow mustard
1/2 t. salt

Blend very well in food processor, until no flecks of pimiento are visible.  Keeps for about a week.

To make a cheezy sauce for broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, etc. - combine 2 c. of this with 1 c. milk substitute and heat and stir over low heat.
