Colby Non-Cheese

From the Uncheese Cookbook

1.5 c. water
5 T. agar flakes

Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.  Place in a blender with the rest and process until smooth:

1/2 c. pimiento pieces, drained
1/2 c. raw cashews
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. tahini (optional)
2 t. onion granules
1 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. dill
1/8 t. ground mustard

Then pour immediately into a lightly oiled, 3 c. rectangular mold or loaf pan and cool.  Chill overnight.  Turn out of mold and slice.
