Mozzarella Non-Cheese

From the Uncheese Cookbook

2 c. water
1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 c. quick oats
1/4 c. tahini
4 T. arrowroot or cornstarch
3-4 T. lemon juice
1 T. onion granules
1 t. salt

Process all ingredients until smooth.  then cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick and smooth.  Pour into mold and cool.
