Swiss Non-Cheese

From the Uncheese Cookbook

1.5 c. water
5 T. agar flakes

Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.  Place in blender with remaining ingredients and process until smooth:

1/2 c. raw cashews
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. tahini (optional)
1 T. onion granules
2 t. Dijon mustard
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. ground mustard
1/4 t. ground dill

Pour immediately into loaf pan or mold, chill overnight.
