Cookie Dough Popsicles
(gluten-free!)
Adapted from this recipe.
- 2/3 cup milk of choice or vanilla-flavored yogurt of choice (160g)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/16 tsp salt (trust me)
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar (You could use stevia, but it won’t have as much of a cookie dough flavor) (16g)
- 1 nunaturals stevia packet (or 1 1/2 tbsp more sugar)
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (15g)
