Combine and leave in fridge overnight:

In the morning, add:
3/4 c. nuts (optional)
1 tart green apple, sliced thinly
6 oz. yogurt
1 c. desired berries
Serves 4.

Apple Crisp with Oatmeal Crust
8 apples, cored and sliced, in 9 x 16 baking pan.
Topping:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ww flour
1.5 c. oatmeal
1.5 t. cinnamon
1.5 t. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2 T. ground flaxseed
35 minutes at 375 degrees

Apple Kuchen
From the Dairy Free cookbook
1.25 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
1.5 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. butter or sub
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. milk or sub
2 t. vanilla
5 c. thinly sliced tart apples
Topping:
1/4 c. butter or sub, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Preserve Mixture:
1/3 c. apricot preserves
1 T. hot water
Mix dry, then cut in butter until it is coarse crumbs. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir with a fork until smooth, then spread batter in 9 x 13 pan, lightly greased. Cover with apple slices and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Brush with preserve mixture when cool.

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
2 T. chopped parsley
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. milk or milk sub
1 c. water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 McIntosh apples, pared and chopped
1/4 c. raisins
Mix all together and bake in greased 6 cup baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
