Triple Chocolate Quick Bread

Cream 1/2 c. butter with 2/3 c. brown sugar.

Add:

2 eggs,
 1 c. melted cho chips,
 1.5 c. applesauce,
2 t. vanilla,
2.5 c. flour
1 tsp each baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
1/2 c. choc chips.

Put in two greased bread loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

For the glaze:

1/2 c. choc chips, 2 T. butter, 1 T. milk, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 t. vanilla and a pinch of salt, heated on the stove.  Add more powdered sugar to desired consistency as needed.
