Apple Crisp with Oatmeal Crust

8 apples, cored and sliced, in 9 x 16 baking pan.

Topping: 

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ww flour
1.5 c. oatmeal
1.5 t. cinnamon
1.5 t. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2 T. ground flaxseed

35 minutes at 375 degrees
