Fruit Pie

Find recipe for crust  here.

Filling:

1/4 c. sugar
2-4 T. flour (depending on juiciness of fruit)
enough fruit to mound above top of pan
max 1/4 c. sugar over top
sprinkle cinnamon (optional)

Seal top crust with water and make slits, bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 350 for ~40 minutes.
