Chocolate Dairy-Free Carrot Cake

3/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. soft tofu
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. ww pastry flour
1 c. brown rice flour
2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon

350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
